About the event
The Toruń Christmas Market on the Old Town Market Square (Rynek Staromiejski) is organised by the Fundacja Razem dla Torunia foundation. The stalls are open from 20 November to 20 December 2026; according to the announcement, part of the programme continues until 6 January.
Trading hours: Monday–Thursday 12:30–20:30, Friday 12:30–22:00, Saturday 10:00–22:00, Sunday 10:00–21:00.
This year there is a record number of exhibitors. The programme includes workshops and activities for children, concerts and performances by local artists – among them Sara Pach, Tomasz Majewski, Julia Kicińska, Nick Sinckler & The Bala Band and children's and youth groups – cooking shows, carol singing, making pierogi together and meetings with Santa every Sunday. The official opening is on 20 November and the Christmas tree on the Market Square is lit on 21 November. Entry is free.
